Early Intervention Services
Addressing concerns in the young child ages 0-3 such as:
- Difficulty speaking clearly or understanding language
- Difficulty with movement
- Diagnosed medical issues
- Diagnosed hearing and vision loss
- Behavior difficulties
- General developmental concerns
Any child age birth to three years with concerns about development may be eligible for services.
These concerns may include:
- Difficulty speaking clearly or understanding language
- Behavior difficulties
- Diagnosed hearing and vision loss
- Difficulty with movement
Any child having a condition of birth such as:
- Premature birth
- Cerebral palsy
- Down syndrome
- Fetal Alcohol Syndrome
- Spinal bifida
Who can make a referral?
Anyone who is concerned about a child’s development may make a referral:
- Parents
- Nurses
- Grandparents
- Social workers
- Doctors
- Teachers
- Friends
Services are provided without restrictions as to race, creed, religion, sex, or economic status.

- Assistive technology
